*Please note, all campers with medications must bring their prescriptions in the original packaging.

All Camp Staff must submit current background clearances to revtabyouthcamp@gmail.com
(All background checks are valid for 5 years)
Fingerprinting is only necessary if you cannot fill out at an FBI clearance affidavit, if needed use code: 1KG6ZJ
